Office Administrator/Customer Support Specialist (Temporary)

We are looking for a talented Office Administrator/Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at multitasking. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while also being the first point of contact for customer inquiries — helping to maintain a positive atmosphere for both our team and our clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Temporary position (~2 years)
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage the reception area
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional and friendly support via phone or email
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support the organization of corporate events and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain employment records, including vacation and sick leave tracking
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Manage and create content for the company’s social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent Latvian and English languages, other languages are a plus (to communicate with partners in USA, international team members and clients)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • At least 1 year experience in Office management, Customer Support, HR or related positions
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel
  • Valid Category B driver's license is considered a plus
